Prevention Policy

The Management of GH Group, S.A. solemnly declares to all its employees its firm determination to foster the preparation and execution of the Prevention Plan in order to guarantee the safety and health of every employee in compliance with what is laid down in Law 31/1.995 dated 8th November on Prevention of Hazards at Work.

The company’s policy is to carry out our operations properly as regards safety, health at work and control of material damage in all we do. This conduct includes compliance of the legislation that has been promulgated in all our benefit.

The Management is willing to solve any problems arising from the preparation, execution and verification of the plan, and is open to any suggestions, participation and enquiries coming from the workers’ representatives as well as from the company’s senior staff.

Everyone is asked to assume this commitment to safety and health at work and implement this not only at work but also at their homes so that their influence and example can benefit all those who are so important for us.

The Management is the first to assume these proposals and for this reason it will support the measures defining this with the resources within its grasp.

Lastly, the cooperation of workers’ representatives and that of all the staff in general is hereby requested.
